Breaking news from the Jack Smith documents case is being throttled – but it’s a bombshell game changer for Trump

Julie Kelly has been doing sterling work in her coverage of the Trump legal cases, especially January 6th and the Special Counsel Jack Smith documents at Mar-a-Lago case.

Last week in Florida, Judge Aileen Cannon unsealed a trove of new documents that Jack Smith fought to keep hidden. Among the documents unsealed were extensive exhibits, motions, and other filings shedding light on the intricate web of communication between the Biden White House and the National Archives and Records Administration in the lead-up to Trump’s indictment.

Julie writes: “This is an absolutely critical element of the “classified docs” case that Jack Smith never mentioned in his indictment and received only scant media attention. GSA worked with Trump’s transition team before and after he left office. GSA stored massive amounts of records in boxes then informed transition team the boxes needed to be moved. 6 pallets of boxes were transported to Florida in August 2021–2 pallets went to Mar-a-Lago and 4 went to a storage facility in Palm Beach. There is no question many of these boxes ended up in the MAL storage room. And keep in mind NARA was harassing Trump throughout 2021 for what they insisted were government records apparently WITHOUT contacting GSA to search dozens of boxes in their possession.”

Julie writes: ” There is a chance she [Judge Cannon] dismisses the case based on selective/vindictive prosecution—which she hinted at during a hearing last month. This could be her way of getting as much evidence into the public square to justify such a decision.

Part of me also thinks she wants this to go to trial to expose just how dirty the case is and force Jack Smith to own it.’

She also notes on X: Both FBI investigations into Trump for classified documents and J6 was run out of Washington FBI field office—which at the time was headed by Steven D’Antuono, former head of Detroit FBI office responsible for Whitmer fednapping hoax. Appellate hearing into 2 men convicted at 2nd federal trial will be held this week. I will cover. D’Antuono never found the J5/6 “pipe bomber” and claimed cell data was corrupted which thwarted his investigation.
